So we made it another year. We are now heading to Fort Myers Beach for New Year's Eve, and hoping we will like the RV park we are committed to until February. Yikes.
We spent the past two nights in a premier resort in Chokoloskee, Florida. More or less the end of the world, in the Everglades, next to Everglades City. The Outdoor Resorts we stayed in is gorgeous, with its own marina, three swimming pools, tennis courts, you name it. But there isn't a grocery store for 30-plus miles. Too remote for us.
A few photos of our last day on Key West, and a couple of Chokoloskee.
Happy New Year to all.

Two views off Ft. Zachary State Park beach, Key West, on a strange day. Aren't the clouds in this photo weird? |
